Resided in Atlanta, GA

Dennis “Nadir” Moore was born February 9, 1966 in Paterson, New Jersey to Gloria Everett and the late Dennis Moore Sr.

Nadir as he was affectionately known was educated in the Paterson Public School System. He attended Public School # 18, Don Bosco Prepatory School and graduated from Kennedy High School. Nadir loved sports and was especially good at basketball. Nadir also enjoyed cooking. He didn(TM)t like taking medicine or having to see a doctor. When he was sick, his remedy was to “go see Mama” his maternal grandmother. He knew that she would and could always make him feel better.

Nadir was also an avid salesperson. He was self employed. He had an eye for fashion and if you needed a particular type of outfit, shoes, etc., he was the man to see. At the time of his passing, he was employed as a Salesperson for PRC Supplies which was headquartered in Stratford, CT. He was formerly employed with Cablevision of Paterson, NJ.

Nadir always tried to help people who were down on their luck. He learned about love and helping others from his family. He learned early in his life from Mama, that when a person was down, you should reach out a hand to help them get on their feet. He loved his family a great deal. When Nadir, “Seven” as he was called relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, he was known to carry his family album with him on a daily basis. He moved to GA with aspirations of a better life. It was there that Nadir went home to be with the Lord on Monday July 9, 2007.

Nadir(TM)s last church membership was with the Christ Temple Baptist Church in Paterson, NJ.

He was predeceased by his brother, Rodney “Raheem” Dixon, paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Moore, Sr., maternal grandfather, Fremon Everett and one aunt, Barbara Everett.
