Wilhelmina "Mina" Cassandra (Bonds) Miller the daughter of Jasper and Floree Bonds. Wilhelmina was born in Little Rock, SC on February 10, 1932. She lived to be a graceful 80 years old. Born the second oldest of her siblings she in preceded in their return home by her two sisters, Clara Mae Thomas and Thelma Robinson, and then her only brother William "Rogall" Bond.
Wilhelmina matriculated through the Dillon County School system and completed her education via technical school as a Cosmetologist. She later worked for Defense Contractors Bendix and Singer-Kearfott Guidance and Navigation for the remainder of her employment career.
Wilhelmina was an avid Bowler and bowled in a league with her co-workers.
She loved to cook and enjoyed watching her family and friends relish in her good cooking. She found great appreciation in the holiday gatherings when her family and friends could come together and love one another. Wilhelmina although a woman of strong will and statue, loved being with her family. He affections were shown in her service toward others by way of her generosity and efforts towards being a person that could be counted on.
Wilhelmina will be greatly missed. But we must understand the gifts that await her in heaven. She is into a spiritual place where there is only happiness and joy. We see her again. It may be in a song, a scent, her favorite color of even eating one of her famous dishes. She left behind so many beautiful memories for us to enjoy and dream about. Although she is gone on, as long as we live, so will she. So when we feel sorrow and grief for her going into heaven. Just remember that we will see her again. And what a sweet day that will be.
Wilhelmina was preceded in death by her son, Robert L. Miller Jr. and is survived by five children, Marcus Bonds of Alexandria, VA, Kimberly Ervin of Henderson, NC, Veronica Caldwell of Pocono PA, Allyson Miller and Kwam Miller both of Paterson, NJ, nine grandchildren, Nasif Ervin, Benjy Moore, Khyree Caldwell, Jasmine Miller, Julian Bonds, Kwam Miller Jr., Khylil Caldwell, Khyasia Caldwell, Jhyron Caldwell and two great-grandchildren, Aiyden Moore and Peyton Caldwell.
